I agree entirely...Incredible support...I had a problem recently while abroad & Linda was exceptional...I was really impressed with the efficiency with which she solved my problem & the promptness of her reply.

Much love to you and my whole Homeopathic Community. David gave me such a gift when he gave me the job as our Technical Support Specialist. It truly is a dream job for me with all that I get to do each day. Helping really kind people who appreciate me. Helping them to have the tools to heal people in such a beautiful way. David said it was sacred, what Homeopaths do. I believe he is right.

When I used to do tech support myself I had cupboard, which sat behind me.
It was very handy for banging my head against, when I had a particularly obtuse customer.
It's surprising how much relief that process can afford.
